Chop basil, parsley leaves, chop garlic and finely puree in a mixing bowl together with avocado flesh and olive oil. Wash the lemon, grate 1 tsp peel and stir into the puree with 2 tbsp lemon juice, the chilli flakes and 25 g Parmesan or vegan cheese and a tsp harissa and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain the noodles, reserving some of the pasta water.
Mix the pasta with the avocado sauce, add a few tablespoons of pasta water if necessary and serve with the remaining Parmesan or vegan cheese.
